As soon as the temperature drops below the dew point, water will condense from water vapor.
Water vapour turns into liquid water when it condenses
When water in the ocean is heated by the sun it turns into water vapour and evaporates, however it leaves the salt behind as it is made of separate molecules.
water is essential in order to preform the process needed to turn nutrients into energy the cells can use.
To turn a liquid into a gas, energy is needed to overcome the intermolecular forces holding the particles together. This energy, typically in the form of heat, causes the particles to move faster and farther apart, eventually breaking free from each other and becoming a gas.
Put simply :-Sugars are metabolised in the Mitochondria to get energy for the cell. The energy is used by the mitochondria to turn ADP into ATP and the ATP is then used when energy is needed at other locations in the cell.
Energy is needed to turn water into water vapour. This energy is released when the water vapour condenses back into liquid water. The source of this energy is the Sun - the Earths Hydrosphere takes the heat energy from the sunlight near the equator (which is warm) and distributes it towards the poles which receive less solar energy and are therefore colder.
Water vapour turns into liquid water when it condenses
The process of evaporation begins after it. it will turn water into water vapour.
Rain
heating of water by the sun's energy which increases the temperature of the water causing some of the water to turn into water vapour at a temperature below the water's boiling point temperature.
The heat is stored in water vapour is latent heat.Latent heat describes energy that is not stored as the internal energy (i.e. temperature) of an object but in its phase state. For example, in the atmosphere heat that is transported by an air parcel that contains more water vapor than its surroundings. Because energy is needed to turn water into water vapor, water vapor is a way for a body to store energy (along with potential energy, kinetic energy, and sensible heat). If the water vapor is returned to a liquid or solid phase (by condensation or sublimation), the stored energy is released as sensible heat.
When water is heated at extremely high temperatures.
if ya ask your teacher!!
Evaporation.
Sublimation

Yes water vapour or steam can be reverted back to water through the process known as condensing. If the steam is collected and cooled it will turn to water droplets that can be collected as water.
