I don't know what year you are, but you can check their website for summer programs that may help you get your foot in the door. You really need a better GPA, but a lot will depend on what high school you are coming from and how challenging your program was. If that is really where you want to go, call and talk to someone in the department that helps with minority recruiting. You may need to go to a junior college first, or even come in on probation. If you can do better and you have just been skating along, you may need to prove yourself...but I'm sure you can do this if you are willing to focus and work very hard. The thing is just keep talking to people until someone gives you an answer that will lead to where you want to go. Do Not Get Discouraged if the first one or two or three people you talk to say no. There is always a way to do what you really want to do. Peace
