The scores are valid undefinitely, it just depends of who will receive those(some people accepts the copies of your results, others ask for WTS to send those.)

ETS will report your scores until 2 years after test day, and most of the institutions will only take as valid those sent directly from ETS.

In choosing the exam kindly check the target college where admission is desired and which exam does it consider.
