Yes you can. I do not know your particulars, however if you are a citizen or permanent residents of the United States, it's really a very simple process. Even if you are not, you can still prepare for the GED as long as it is not through federally funded program. There are also many community colleges that offer a prep course and GED test through their Office of Continuing Education.
