People may find a learning experience difficult due to factors such as lack of interest, unclear instructions, or feeling overwhelmed by the material. To improve the learning experience, educators can make the content more engaging, provide clear goals and expectations, offer support and guidance, and break down complex concepts into smaller, manageable chunks for better understanding. Additionally, creating a supportive and interactive learning environment can help individuals feel more motivated and empowered to learn.
The percentage of learning retention varies depending on the individual and the type of learning method used. Generally, people tend to retain about 10% of what they hear, 20% of what they see, and 90% of what they do or experience.

Distance Learning, in my opinion, does not provide an equal opportunity for the global community as a whole for the reason that there are certain people and certain countries who are not have the financial means that are necessary for the reason that the equipment cost a great deal. Moreover, Distance learning has proven to be difficult to for those people who belong to a different state and speak a different language. Adopting this way of learning and getting education certainly is difficult for people. Hence, Distance learning does not provide and equal opportunity for all global communities.
Some examples of learning from mistakes that have helped people grow and improve include: Failing a test and then studying harder to improve their grades. Making a poor decision in a relationship and then learning to communicate better in future relationships. Overcoming a fear of public speaking by practicing and learning from past mistakes. Losing a job due to lack of professionalism and then improving their work ethic and behavior in the workplace.
