not 100% sure if you can but you could always copy and paste There is another option. Open the word document. Go to Tools ->'Compare and Merge Documents' , uncheck the 'Legal blackline option' , select the 2nd word document and select the merge option. (This is in Word 2003).In 2007 or 2010 Word.. similar options would be present.
