the first words ever spoken are sounds we then simply attribute a particular sound to a particular object, and the word is born, and the first sound was probably a loud as bang that began in outer space. and civilization began . and if you wanna be more specific and say what was the first word ever by man or women are simply sounds of crying by baby's.

There is no answer to this question. Languages evolve over time. They are constantly changing. Local vernacular, or slang, is a prime example of that. In different places, slang develops differently and is influenced by the people in that area. The slang from London, England would be completely incomprehensible to just about everyone in the US. Another example is the Spanish language. In Spain, there is an entire verb tense that doesn't even exist in Latin America.

English is a combination of many languages and developed over a long period of time. No one took note of a particular time when Anglo-Saxon changed into modern English because there was not one time or one word when that happened.
