The "elbow" (can't remember the true name) is at the top back of the front leg where the leg connects to the shoulder.
I think the two parts not found are the crate and the knuckle. I found that the elbow is directly next to the hoof, and compresses when they walk. There is an article about the outher ligament, and the casing is the hard outer shell. Looking up "crate" referring to horses, I found only articles about crates to transport horses in. I also found one reference that says the hock is similar to an elbow, but not that it was called such. hope this is right!

In the hand, foot, and elbow card game, players must form sets of cards in their hand, foot, and elbow piles. Each set must contain a specific number of cards and follow a certain sequence. Players take turns drawing and discarding cards to complete their sets. The goal is to be the first to empty all three piles and shout "Hand, Foot, Elbow!" to win the game.
A horses foot is called a hoof.
The length of your foot should but not on everyone. The average person's foot measures up.
