Maybe:
If the parent your cousin and her sister share is your blood relative (and not the spouse of your blood relative), then Yes.
If you still consider your Aunt/Uncle's spouse to be a relative even though they only married into the family, then also Yes.
If you are looking for an excuse to exclude the half-sister, you may rely on the technicality to say No. But in denying the relation you'll look like a jerk unless she's really not a part of your cousin's family at all-- no weekends, no visits with the family, nothing.
your half sisters cousin would be your cousin
yes i am his cousin
By her name, she's your cousin.
Queen Elisabeth the First was both a cousin and a sister to a Queen Mary. Her half-sister was Bloody Mary, but she did have a cousin named Mary - Mary Queen of Scots, whom Elisabeth executed when she deemed Mary a threat to her throne. K so i had this problem before. My little sister and i have different dads, i found out later that i would not be related to her at all, so you pretty much just call her by her name.
A cartoon character similar to He-Man. I believe she is also He-Man's cousin or half sister.

Your cousin's sister is also your cousin. In some places it is legal to marry your cousin.
Your sister's cousin is your cousin, too, unless you and your sister are really step siblings with different parents. Then your sister's cousin is not related to you.
Your husband's cousin's sister is also your husband's cousin. You are not related to your husband's cousin.
Ummm... I think so because the sister's cousin has to be related to you unless she is a stepsister.
I know it's a cousin. The sister's daughter would be your first cousin, so her daughter would either be your second cousin OR first or second cousin once removed...one of those three haha but a cousin for sure.
