What do you do when your friend's crush likes you and you like them back?

Since you are talking about a 'crush', don't do anything. I remember liking my friends crush in college and the same happening to me later on. ..the crushes moved on but my friend is still my friend.

What you could try to find out is whether your crush is interested in you... If he/she does like you, you have nothing to fear and if he/she doesn't, then why act on it and lose a friend? But do make it clear in subtle ways that you are interested in this person, so that there are no misunderstandings between you and your friend if anything happens between you and your crush.

If you both like the same person, you can persuade her to go for someone else. or look for somebody else to like. either way, you both are going to end up liking somebody!

Well you can just be a good friend and lets her/him have him/her or if that does not suit you just say well it is the one he/she likes best and fight for him/her but stay friends because being friends is more important than a boy/girl, and he probily doesn't like any of you back xxx

You don't need to worry. Start by giving hints to her/him, its your choice on how fast you want to take it. If she doesn't get the hints, then be honest, because if you don't she/he WILL find out and she might not be mad that you like the same guy, but that you wouldn't tell them. So basicly, be honest and tell them before they have to find out a different way. Because if you don't, it can ruin a great friendship.

If you like the same boy it will inevitably cause friction between you and one boy is not worth losing your friend for. If you seem to like him first and she knew it she may only like him because you do so if you direct your interest elsewhere you may find that she will also turn away her like from him. In the end it wouldn't matter if you both like him as he may not be interested in either of you or he would pick one of you and the other would be left out in the end - so either way someone will get hurt when it comes to this boy. It would be in the best interest of your friendship to focus your interest elsewhere and let this boy go.
