Why is it that many girls are surprised with you when you compliment them on their kindness if you are a guy?

Well, theres two reasons for this, depending on the type of girl. One type does this because she's humble or shy. Perhaps she's a bit embarrassed for being recognized or she's surprised you would take the time to notice. The second type would probably have a crush on you. Or at the least, find you attractive. When someone they hold interest in thanks them in any way they become flustered. It's common, especially if you're handsome.
