The difference between a cooked egg and a raw egg is that when a egg is cooked the clear/yellow gooey stuff turns white and turns into a solid. A raw egg doesn't have the white stuff because it has not been added to heat. This is an example of a chemical change.

well, for one, raw eggs are... raw. they contain salmonella, which can get you very sick. that's one reason why most people like them more cooked... also cooked eggs have a better shape, raw eggs are messy and have very little flavor. this is an odd question...

The difference between a cooked egg and a raw egg is that when an egg is cooked, the clear (albumin) part turns white and becomes a solid. This is an example of a chemical change.

A cooked (boiled) egg can be spun on a flat surface longer -credit goes to the 'Encyclopedia Brown' series for that little tidbit...

The consistency and color are different. In a raw egg, the "white" is actually clear and runny. In a scrambled egg, the white is mixed in with the yolk, making all of the egg fairly yellow, but with some white flecks (the "white" turns white when cooked). The yolk is broken up rather than being separate, and a raw egg normally (although it could be cracked so not always) has a shell, whereas scrambled eggs have been removed from the shell, mixed together, and cooked.
