I left moldy milk in a cup for a week once washed out it has the same horrible mold smell Is there a way to get rid of it and is it harmful?

wash the cup thoroughly, put strong dish soap inside the cup and fill it with boiling water, wait for it to cool down and repeat. if this doesnt work try bleach instead of soap... its not harmful, it just smells really bad
