Depends on how serious it is. If it isn't stuck up there too far, then try to take a tweezers to pull it out, or your finger. If you cannot see it though, then you may have to go to the doctor so that he/she can get it out.
probably but i think it gets larger

If you have already soaked it in tap or distilled water, It is very large. Soaking it in salt water will cause it to shrink because there is now a high percentage of water in it, And not a lot of salt. The salt from the water gets absorbed by the bear. Now, the water percentage has decreased, So it is not as large. However, the gummi bear will never change back into its origonal form. -Claire
When a gummy bear is placed in water overnight, it will absorb the water through a process called osmosis. Osmosis is the movement of water molecules from an area of higher concentration to an area of lower concentration through a semi-permeable membrane. As a result, the gummy bear will swell and increase in size as it absorbs the water. This is because the concentration of water inside the gummy bear is lower than the concentration of water in the surrounding water, causing water to move into the gummy bear to reach equilibrium.
on youtube, it gets about a total of 20,000 views. Well, that's just my guess. You can never actually get the total amount. Besides, I'm going to watch it tomorrow. That will change the popularity. P.S. The gummy bear song is on my playlist!

Substances in the gummy bear that give it solidity are: glucose, starch and gelatin. All of these substances can absorb (form some interaction with) water. However, while water can be absorbed, the starch and gelatin are prevented from dissolving in water. So the water swells the gummy bear rather than dissolves it. Think of a very dry sponge such as used for washing dishes. In this form it is a small, hard material. However, it is porous and water can go into those pores. When water enters the pores, the sponge gets enlarged, and becomes flexible.
