∙ 14y agoOnly Guppies can breed with guppies naturally. In their wisdom the "Taxonomists" have decided that Mollies and Guppies are in the same "Genera", so now it is assumed that it is possible to forcibly cross breed Guppies with Mollies in a laboratory situation.

∙ 11y agoFish are primarily opportunistic feeders and will consume anything is it presents itself. With guppy fry, you will need to provide plants (fake or real) and other items for the fry to hide in, such as, aquarium safe decorations and driftwood. Also, a major reduction in live fry can occur through your filter intake. Temporarily placing a clean sponge over the intake can help this.
