∙ 13y agoYou have to allow your mom to save your money and she will randomly buy you one. I'm not sure if there are other locations in Johto.

- Every Monday night go to the top of mount moon towards the pool, there will be a bunch of clefairies dancing around. After a while they'll notice you and run away, one of them will drop a moonstone. This will happen EVERY Monday and you can keep going back for ONE every Monday.
- You can buy one for 3000 athlete points at the pokeathelon every Monday and Wednesday
