From what I can see I possibly think that she is a UK size 9 or 10.

there is no such size as a uk 9! they are done in sizes 4, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 and so on. a uk size 4 is equivilent to a us size 0 so that is simple to work out the differences and emma is tiny, i would say she is no bigger than a uk size 6 posibly even a uk size 4. i've also seem her in person back in 2007 and she was tiny (bout 5ft5 and a size 4uk) then and she doesn't look like she has put on weight since then.
