Interesting question. Actually, Sauron's motif in sending the Seven Rings to the Dwarves failed, because the Dwarves showed extraordinary resilience to their power. The Dwarves' Rings showed no effect on them at all, much to the anger and frustration of Sauron, because the Dwarves are by nature stubborn and resilient to domination. The only thing that the Rings could do was to create an insatiable lust for gold in the minds of the Dwarves.
The fate of the Seven Kings is not known, except the last one. The Seventh Ring came to Thror, who passed it to Thrain, who gave it to Gandalf on his deathbed. They were the grandfather and father of Thorin Oakenshield.
The elven rings were never found by Sauron, so nothing ever happened to them. Sauron got the dwarf rings, and the rings given to men turned them into ringwraiths. Sauron's ring was taken by Isildur, but then lost. It was found by Deagol, taken by Smeagol (gollum), who lost it to Bilbo, who gave it to Frodo (Sam had it for a bit) then it was destroyed at Mount Doom.
