This is a tough question,well..you'll have to give it alot of protein...the torchick's level shouldn't be any lower than 50 or at LEAST 49. Make sure it knows the move fire blast.....give it some carbos for you to have a better chance to star your move.Use fire blast...having 87% chance of a full K.O. to dialga.This surely wouldn't work if you are against palkia.lol. i am sure this helped right? EDIT: you do not want to take dialga out... catch him you dumb***. this is your only chance to get him.
