Walt Disney did the voice from 1928 to 1947 (and on The Mickey Mouse Club in the 1950s). It was passed down to sound-effects artist Jim MacDonald from 1947 to 1977 and voice actor Wayne Allwine took over from 1977 to his death in 2009. Currently, Bret Iwan does the voice.

∙ 7y agoDisney is quite secretive about the identity of the "Cast Members" who play Disney characters in the park; they want you to think of the character as the character and nothing else.
That said, it's blindingly obvious to anyone over the mental age of 5 that multiple people "play" Mickey; how else could he be at his house in Toontown at the same time he's in a parade on Main Street?
