Best Answer

the speed of motion is determined by how fast the object in motion is traveling along with the distance it has traveled. the direction of motion can be discovered by either using a frame of reference (point of comparison) or simple devices such as a compass.

Velocity if the rate of change in an objects position. If an object moves up or down, its velocity changes. So velocity happens in both directions.

What kind of motion does the speed and direction not change?

Acceleration in motion refers to a change in speed or direction of that object's motion. So a type of motion in which speed and direction do not change is a motion in which the acceleration is constant (i.e. unchanging).

Acceleration involves a change in what?

It involves the change in velocity, which is a vector quantity, meaning that it is also the change in speed.

What includes the speed of the objects and the direction of its motion?

Speed and direction is called velocity.

What includes the speed of the object and the direction of its motion?

Speed and direction is called velocity.

What happens to the speed of moving object when it is pushed in the direction of motion?

The speed increases. The object accellerates positively in the direction of motion.

What is the definition of speed of an object and specification of its direction of motion?

If the speed of an object is cited and its direction of motion is also cited, we have the velocity of the object. Velocity is speed plus a direction vector.

What is any change in the speed or direction of a moving object?

This is one definition of acceleration (including deceleration) - any change in the speed of motion of a moving object, or in the direction of its motion. Motion is a vector value with both speed and direction.

What happen to the speed of moving object when it is pushed in the direction of motion?

When a moving object is pushed in the direction of its motion the speed of the object increases

What happened to the speed of moving object when it is pushed in the direction of motion?

When a moving object is pushed in the direction of its motion the speed of the object increases

What changes can a force produce in the motion of an object?

it is speed of motion and direction of motion

Can an object be moving if acceleration is zero?

Yes. Acceleration is defined as a change of speed and/or direction of motion. If the speed and direction of motion are constant, then there is no acceleration.

What the speed and the direction an object are moving?

If you know the speed and direction of the object's motion, then you know its velocity.
