There is not enough information in this question to answer it properly.

However, if the density is 0.6 g/cm3 and its volume is 1.2 cm3 then you must take the density and multiply it by its volume and it will give you the answer in g.

Density is measured in gm/cm3. Volume is measured in cm3 So for 1.2cm3 at a density 0.6gm/cm3 you have a mass 1.2 x 0.6 gm/cm3 x cm3 = 0.72 gm

Density = mass/volume

The volume of the block of wood is 9 cm X 2 cm X 6 cm = 108 cm3.

The density of the block of wood is 5.6 g/108 cm3 = 0.05 g/cm3.

This is probably a superlight balsa wood.

Density = mass/volume = 100/50 = 2gm/cc

There is no real wood in the real world with that great a density.

There are lead sinkers inside your block of wood.

The measurement unit for volume is not a centimetre and so the volume cannot be 512 cm and, in that respect, the question is flawed. If you meant 512 cubic centimetres, then the density is 0.0984 grams per cubic centimetre.

Density is defined as mass per unit volume, so you have the mass of 100 g and the volume is 50 cubic centimeters, or 50 cc or 50 ml. Thus the density is 100 g/50 ml = 2 g/ml = density.

Density equals mass divided by volume so the density would be 7.5g divided by the volume. Did you mean cm cubed? Because that's the same as a mL but idk where you got cm

It's 57/125 g*cm^3. Just do a unit conversion if you need it in some other units. For example if you need it in kg/m^3, divide by 1000 and multiply by 100^3.

Density=mass/volume

D=m/v

m=100g

v=50cm^3

D=100g/50cm^3

D=2 g/cm^3

What is the volume in cubic centimeters of 1 kilo of silver?

1000 grams of silver with a density of 10,49 has a volume of 95,33 cubic centimeters (a cube 4,47 centimeters on a side).

A piece of plastic with a mass of 300.0 grams has a volume of 256.0 cubic centimeters and the density of the materiial is 1.17 gcm3 what then is the density of the material if you have 600.0 grams of?

If the volume stay the same, i.e 256 cubic centimeters then the density will be 2.34g/cubic centremeter. However if the the volume changes because it is the same material then the density will be 1.17g/cubic centimeter as calculated by density= mass/volume

What is the density of a block of wood with a volume of 20 cubic centimeters and a mas of 60 grams?

Density = mass/volume = 60/20 = 3grams/ccNote:The Physics and the math in this answer are bullet-proof, but there is no woodon Earth with even half that density. I suspect your block has a concrete center.

What is the density of a box if the volume is 100 cubic centimeters and the mass is 200 cubic centimeters?

Your question does not make sense. 200 cubic centimetres is not a measure of mass. Do you mean 200 grams? To find density you divide the mass by the volume.

If a block of wood has a volume of 40 cubic cm and a mass of 30 grams what is its density?

Density is mass divided by volume. This block of wood is therefore 0.75g per cubic cm.
