Not very likely since boys can have semen at a early age but there wont be any sperm in it until he has reached puberty which is very rare for a 8-10yo. If he has though he can if she has started having her a regular menstrual cycle and is ovulating.

If menses, then there's the possiblity—even if the girl started her period before her first birthday. Yes. A baby can be born at any time. As to the chances of survival it would depend on how many weeks, and how well developed the baby's lungs and vital organs are. If you are asking for reasons of trying to induce yourself that early, I would not suggest it as most babies that early spend time in the NICU and some do not survive. There are a lot of life long issues that can come from being born prematurely.

Yes, there is something called precocious puberty, which is very rare, but it means that girls begin puberty before the age of 8, and boys begin puberty before the age of 9. So it is possible, though not very likely.
