Personally, I think staff are going to be in high demand and I will go in rather than let residents fend for themselves.

Best to get it in the first wave whilst its still fairly non fatal. But you should be a priority group to be vacinated anyway.

I don't think that you should risk it because you may have also caught it but not know about it yet! You could be risking other people getting it if you do not try and stay home away from the public.

Suppose a co worker's has a child under 2 that is simply recovering from a regular cold/flu and the child's parent (YOUR CO WORKER) catches any germs that YOU are spreading around the office from your child. Your coworker's baby could become infected and die quickly due to the mere fact that their little bodies haven't had an ample amount of time to have built up the proper immunities to even fight PNEUMONIA!!***

If I have a family member at home who is sick with 2009 H1N1 flu, should I go to work?
Employees who are well but who have an ill family member at home with 2009 H1N1 flu can go to work as usual.
