Tea is just water filtered through dried leaves that causes a molecular bond, where the tea molecule attaches to the water molecule(H20). With the added stimulant drug known as caffeine, it over initiates contractions in the bladder. The nervous system activates tiny bits of adrenaline. Thus, caffeine being considered a pick me up(speed) it also speeds up the bladder. Not to be too detailed or anything.

Yes, tea can cause frequency in urination. Tea is a diuretic. A diuretic is simply a drug that increases the rate of urination. Alcohol is also a diuretic.

Yes, Tea contains caffeine which affects the frequency of urination, slightly darkens colour and rises the level of pH (acidity).
