Lymphocytes are a type of small white blood cell present in the human immune system. These small cells play a very large and important role in fighting diseases in the human body. There are basically two types of lymphocyte cells: B-cells and T-cells. B-cells are responsible for creating antibodies that attack bacteria, infectious microorganisms, and other foreign matter. T-cells have the job of fighting the bodies OWN cells that have been taken over by viruses or cancerous cells (malignancy). The absence of lymphocytes in the human immune system allow our bodies to become more susceptible to infections and disease and weakens immune response.
It is Bone Marrow (long Bone)
They are one of the two main white blood cell types.
Thymus produces T lymphocytes, when bone marrow produces B lymphocytes. T lymphocytes eat away the pathogens that has entered in your body.
Body immunity.
B lymphocytes are the cells that secrete the antibodies in response to infection in body.
It is an increase of neutrophils without a left shift and a decrease of lymphocytes and eosinophils as a result of systemic stress of the living body (human or animal).
histamine
T lymphocytes mature in the thymus gland, which is located in the chest area behind the breastbone.
The body's own cells
Malignant lymphocytes multiply uncontrollably and do not perform their normal functions.
The function of lymphocytes are to prevent and eliminate the threats in our human body. It is capable of identifying if a cell is normal or infected. It also acts as an ANTIGEN.
