First, try a better face wash, or a prescription face wash. If this doesn't work, try these tips:

• Don't over-wash your face with soap. This will make it worse because it dries out the skin, making it more prone to breakouts. Make sure you rinse well when using soap; you can also just rinse with water, not using soap.
• Don't pop it or touch it. Trust me....it will leave a BAD scar.
• Hold ice on it for 10 minutes then put a little dot of face wash that makes your skin feel minty onto the pimple.
• Use ProActiv. ONLY use if your skin is NOT sensitive.
• Drink a lot of water.

get clinque 3 step and just use step 2 every morning and sweat....alot!! like go jogging on a hot afternoon. sweating cleans out your pores but u gatta wash the sweat off or it will like ruin you skin.
