Absolutely. Around the time my period was due i had some light spotting.I thought, because of that, i couldn't be pregnant.nine months later i gave birth to beautiful, healthy,identicle twin boys!

Probably it's just a little "freak-out" of your system because of the imbalance of hormones. If you're relatively new to birth control, this is pretty normal.
