Hey there i seriously didnt notice any spotting or cramping when i became pregnant, the only thing i did notice was that i began falling asleep during the day at work, i had no other symptoms whatsoever so it was a complete shock to find out i was pregnant, now I am 19 weeks and feel baby kicking all the time, its wonderful. Good luck its the most amazing experience ever.

see your doctor, this could be minor, or serious. should not rely on internet answers. get checked out
Probably it's just a little "freak-out" of your system because of the imbalance of hormones. If you're relatively new to birth control, this is pretty normal. If the bleeding and spotting lasts more than a couple days, or is accompanied by pain (other than cramping) you may want to see your nurse or doc about it. Keep taking your pills as usual and try not to forget again!
A little bit
