onset of puberty is associated with high gonadotrophin releasing hormone (GnRH) pulsing. GnRH is released by hypothalmus but the exact underlying trigger still uncertain. These GnRH then trigger anterior pituitary gland to release gonadotrophin, luteinizing hormone (LH) and follice stimulating hormone (FSH) which play role in development of human gonads. However, leptin, adequate nutrition and gene GPR54 also trigger the onset of puberty through some researches. Leptin is protein produced by white fat cells to indicate the presence of fat in human body. Hypothalmus has leptin receptor. Increasing in leptin will stimulate hypothalmus to secrete GnRH which later cause secretion of LH, FSH and gonadotrophin
