"High blood pressure medication" is virtually meaningless. There are several categories of medicines used to treat hypertension, all of which work differently; within each category there are multiple compounds.

We'd need to know the specific medication that's being used in order to begin to answer this.

Using wrong doses of any medicine can have dire consequences. A double dose of blood pressure medicine will cause a drop in blood pressure which can cause dizziness, weakness, and a loss of consciousness. In some cases it will be fatal.

If you're not just fooling around and really need to know this, you'd have to be more specific as to precisely what medications you're talking about.

Pharmacology can be very complicated, and it's not as simple as you probably think. It's not like turning up the heater and the air conditioner at the same time.

For example, one common type of "high blood pressure medicine" is a class of compounds called ACE inhibitors. These don't do anything at all to your blood pressure directly. Instead, they inhibit an enzyme called ACE that converts a compound from something that weakly raises blood pressure to a different form that more strongly raises blood pressure.

Probably nothing. That's such a minor dosage error that it will probably have no ill effects. If you're concerned about this, you can discuss this with your doctor, or with a pharmacist.

Unless you have a very critical blood pressure problem, probably nothing. But if I did this, I would contact my PCP immediately just to be safe.
