Last year, I had to get my calories down to less than 1,000 a day, which I kept track of by weighing and measuring everything I ate, ate low calorie and low fat food, and walked an hour to an hour and a half a day to lose. I lost 44 pounds last year in about six months. Now I watch my food intake like a hawk and walk at least 50 minutes a day to maintain the loss. Good luck!
