Sunburns really stink, but when ever i get a sunburn, long loose t-shirts are great to wear. If you have a sunburn on your legs, try to avoid pajama pants/work out pants because these could really be a pain with the material that they are made out of..
Other than that, just take it slow/relax and wait for it to heal, when you being to peel don't start to peel the skin yourself.. just let it fall off by it's own..
Make sure to keep a coat of Aloe Vera Gel on so it can help heal the sunburn and sooth your skin, you can find this at any of your local drugstores.
