Oil glands ,also known as Sebaceous Glands ,blood vessels,sweat glands along with nerve endings are found in 2nd layer of skin ,which is called as Dermis.

u can not see it because DERMIS as it is under the OUTERMOST layer of skin called as EPIDERMIS
