Hey!
There are a bunch of variables, such as when your next period is and when your last one was that would be helpful in determining if you would even benifit from taking a pregnancy test.
For most women, this would be too soon. Especially because the horomone that the pregnancy test detects may not of accumulated enough within your body.
If you are going to take the prego test, take it first thing in the morning so that if you are preggers, the horomone will be at its highest.
Personally, I would wait anywhere from 10-14 days after you had sex to take the test. Or 4-5 days before your period is suppose to arrive. (There are some pregnancy tests which specialize in this....)
Hmm... Another thing I can think of is if you are having any symptoms?
The earliest pregnancy symptoms are things such as nausea, lightheadedness, frequent urination, hot/cold flashes, tiredness, irregular discharge from the vagina (more then usual, or white and thicker then usual--no strong smell), diarrea or irritable bowels and lower Back pain.
If you are experiences any of those, several of those, or all of those it is a common sign of pregnancy. DON'T STRESS THOUGH, because these are also signs and symptoms of your period.
If you are well tuned into your body you will feel "different", or have this weird "feeling" inside.
Wait a little, be patient, don't stress and imbrace it.
A blood test is usually, but not always more accurate. So if you are super stressed go get one of them done.
**Oh and lastly.... Just because you do receive your period, it doesn't mean you still can't be pregnant.
Hope that helped!
