Yes they do. Make sure you take all natural ones though. If you buy them at Wal-Mart for a few bucks, they probably are synthetic and won't do as much. Go to Whole Foods, or CVS or something like that and get the all natural ones. They will cost more, but if your trying to pass a drug test it will take much less time. I'm specifically answering this question because I don't want you to harm yourself. People may suggest to take Niacin or azos to clean out your system. This is not good for you and I don't think that it really works. I remember my freshman year in college when people were basically overdosing on Niacin and suffering without it even working. My recommendation is to exercise and sweat as much as you can (THC is stored in your fat metabolies), drink lots of fluids, but not too much, and try a detox tea (Yogi teas makes a good one). Do not exceed the recommended number of tea bags in a day, this too is not good for you and unnecessary. If you are still concerned, you can buy a drug test and test yourself before you have to go take it for someone else.
