Hydrocodone contain in loracet is much more powerful than tramadol, but tramadol if taken it high doses, 250 or 300 mg can cause quite a high..almost equal to maybe 2 lorcets or tabs...i recommend hydrocodone because its easy on the digestive system.

∙ 10y agoTramadol is a non-narcotic pain-killer, Vicodin is not. However, they are both painkillers, just Tramadol isn't a a scheduled drug like Vicodin is.

No, Lortab is a narcotic analgesic and Tramadol is a non-narcotic analgesic that is supposed to be as effective as a narcotic.I have heard Tramadol compared to a Tylenol#3, which is a Tylenol tablet with 30mg of codeine.Lortab contains hydrocodone, the same narcotic found in Vicodin and Norco.
