A saliva test is more accurate than a urine test,and there really isn't a way to cover it up. Unlike a normal drug test where you can take some detox, they don't make detox for your spit, so no I really don't think you can pass it.

now that you have been made adequately paranoid, the best answer is probably going to be it all depends.
How much and how often would you have been consuming the substance being tested for?
4 or more days a week, or 4 times in a month, or more like 4 times since lunch?
ie if you don't smoke often(ie 1x or less weekly) a week should put you straight, now if you are a frequent flyer who has taken an 8 day fast, you have pleantly stored up to test for
well thanks for your info...but ive also heard that a saliva test only has a window of drug use for a maximum of 3-5 days this I just heard this morning...
