I was just prescribed Abilify 5mg once a day and Depakote 250mg one in the morning and two at night. Only been taking it for a week so far and the only real trouble I have is severe stomach upset and slight dizziness if I stand up too fast.

I have been taking them together for a couple of years now so, I guess it's OK. I take the Effexor in the morning and the Depakote at bedtime.

In my case, the Effexor is for mood. I guess I have a bad disposition.

The Depakote is for Migrains but also rage. I used to get into fights before I started taking it.

yes you can, I've been taking both of them for a couple weeks now and it's been pretty helpfull. i havent had any side effects so its a stable combination of the two.
