Depending on how often you smoke. Usually if the user quits it will take about 28 days for the THC to work its way out of your system. Also THC stores in fat cells very well so exercise can cause THC to re enter your system even after the 28 days. The best way to move it through quickly is to drink lots of water and consume niacin and pomegranates.

Excercise helps in flushing but is not as big as pissing as much as possible. It also depends on your own body. Drink large quantities of water, take detox products, and you could be clean from 24hrs to 3 weeks. I have only heard of a couple passing tests in 24 hrs but none the less some do. These will help- Niacin (Some vitamin that makes you piss a lot) and dieuretics such as apple juice (most juices), coffee, beer/alcohol, and as mentioned water.

Niacin works, i would definitely not trust 24 hours of not smoking. I was clean in a week from using Niacin but i wouldn't count on it. Give your self 3 weeks at least if you want to be safe.

Nah, man. Just dilute your urine if you're worried about a test. Drink water, eat healthy, stay active(30min 3x a week), then drink a ton of water or juice with a multivitamin, an extra vitamin c to help your urine's color remain yellow, and creatine.

Times vary for everyone and I highly recommend you invest in a a few THC tests and record how long you drop dirty after quitting smoking.

Marijuana stays in your blood system for about 2-3 months after you smoke it. The more you smoke the more you delay this time.
