I have read that grapes require extra saliva and fluid to be digested or they can cause cramps. I don't know if that helps at all but maybe that has something to do with an empty stomach. Yes, this happens when the baby starts to squash the stomach and give a lot of extra weight. Don't tax youself too hard.
Do excersise.
Holding with breath and 'sucking' your stomach in flattens the stomach area. The extra skin, covering the rounded stomach, has nowhere to go. Thus the wrinkles.
No. Cows only have ONE stomach. That one stomach has fourchambers.
Everyone is different all I can say is what my were after two weeks: Extra sore breasts and swelled up nipples More veins on breasts 'period pain' like cramps but a bit worse Feeling a bit sick but not actually being sick Cravings Being extra cranky Bloated stomach and a bit harder A lot of gas (prepare to fart lol)
Nurofen plus has 15mg maybe 12mg of codeine and ibuprofen in each pill and it's OTC in nz panadeine extra has 15mgs but that's panadol... In nz that's the max OTC opiate lol hope this helped
The stomach area.
I do it every early morning on an empty stomach....
Lactase taken at the start of the meal allows you to eat all the dairy you want without the gas or cramps associated with lactose intolerance. Tums would only be useful as a calcium supplement it does nothing for the stomach cramp that come from lactose intolerance. I developed lactose intolerance over that last couple years and have had symptoms from extra gas to cramps that last all day. Tums did not help at all. Now that I take lactase with a meal containing dairy I can gorge on pizza without the slightest hint of gas or stomach rumbling. Lactase enzyme is a inexpensive over the counter supplement available at the pharmacy. They are easily the best choice we have compare to cramps, forgoing dairy or buying the more expensive lactose free products.
