Just because you are pregnant by an illegal immigrant does not mean he can stay in this country. If he is here illegally, there is a very good chance he will be deported - even if you get married. Marriage to an American citizen is not reason to be allowed to stay. Here in our city, 2 married people - one man and one woman -- with children here, were just recently deported back to Mexican and El Salvador.

Due to the aggressive enforcement of Immigration laws, unless the unlawfully present foreign national qualifies as a refugee or asylee they will face deportation, even those who marry US citizens.

I do not believe that it is illegal for a married man to move in with a woman that is married to a different man. The only law that may apply is if the man decides to marry the woman before either of them get divorced. That is called polygamy, and is illegal in all 50 states.
