That's a MTB-style shoe, so it'll go with any MTB style pedal and cleat. If you like to stick with Shimano, just look for anything and everything that has SPD in it.

NOT SPD-SL though, that's a road-style system with a much bigger cleat.

Or if you're on a budget, look for Wellgo. Their cleat will fit your shoe just fine and their pedals are quite decent too. Might not last quite as long as Shimano though.

Or there's Time pedals and cleats, Crank Brothers pedals and cleats. Look used to do MTB pedals as well. Speedplay is another brand.

I like Crank Brothers. Their big thing is mud/snow shedding. Shimano pedals can jam up sometimes. Speedplay is considered as offering the best "float"(=allows your foot to move w/o coming unstuck). Wellgo is probably best bang for the buck. Shimano last forever, both pedals and cleats. Time is pretty similar to Crank Brothers.
