In most states, the non-custodial parent must continue to pay child support until the child's eighteenth birthday. If the non-custodial parent pays late, he or she is still held responsible for the payments, even if the custodial parent receives them after the child has turned eighteen.

In Indiana, you will have to pay child support up until your child turns 19 years of age or finishes college. The child support does not automatically stop so you will have to file with the courts to stop the child support once your child hits the age of 19 years old or is finished with college.

"Health care coverage" includes, but need not be limited to, insurance of human beings against bodily injury, disability, or death by accident or accidental means, or the expense thereof, or disablement or expense resulting from sickness, and every insurance appertaining thereto.
