The president is responsible for enforcing all federal laws. The Department of Justice and the Treasury Department are his responsibility and include agencies devoted to law enforcement, such as the FBI and the Secret Service. Some more specific area of law enforcement are in drug violations, counterfeiting money and restrictions on radio and television broadcasting.

In the United States, the branch of government that is responsible for enforcing laws is the executive branch. The executive branch consists of the president, vice president, Attorney General and Department of State. The FBI, CIA and NSA are all part of the executive branch of government.
The legislative branch is responsible for making laws; the executive branch is responsible for enforcing laws; the judicial branch is responsible for interpreting laws under the Constitution.
In the US, the federal agency responsible for enforcing import and export laws is the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
