It mostly depends on if you let it out or not. I let mine out for exercise everyday which gives my rabbit a healthy lifestyle. But I also have a dog and we all know dogs get fleas so I have to be careful of that. So yes there probably is a chance so just check him/her regularly.

There are some natural products that keep fleas away, like fir wood. Some people recommend getting fir wood chips or using a rabbit hutch made of fir wood to keep the fleas away.
However, if your rabbit has fleas, it needs to be treated by a special rabbit-savvy vet. Make an appointment for as soon as you can.
