If you mean how can you hold it after it's born...:

It depends on the mother really. When mine were born, the mother had no problem in letting me hold her babies, but they needed feeding so i couldn't hold them for long. If the mother starts getting worried when you try and pick one up, then i suggest you wait a while until she's fine with it. Sometimes you could have to wait for a couple of weeks.

They should be fine and naturally grow by them selves they can eat solids after a couple of hours but will not want to so check the sow (mum) is producing enough milk if not you can feed evaporated milk through a dropper. If so do not squeeze the dropper because they will in hail it and die they will suckle on it to get the milk out.

The Guinea Pig Will Experience Unusual Weight Gain, If You Think You Have A Female That

Is Pregnant, Gently Feel Their Belly You Should Feel Some Hardness In About 4

Different Places (Guinea Pigs Usually Have 4 Pups In A Liter) If Your Guinea Pig Has

Babies, You Must Separate The Mother And Babies Together From Any Males, Because

A Female Guinea Pig Can Get Pregnant Again Within 48 Hours Of Giving Birth.
She will eat much more than usual and ske won`t let you touch her stomach

Allow the mother guinea pig to do her job. Don't touch or pick up the babies for at least a week or two, the mother will get to know her babies by smell and if someone picks them up or touches them, it will interfere with the smell of the newborns.

Separate the baby boars from their mother and sisters when they have finished suckling, which will be when they are around 3 weeks old as they are capable of mating at this age.

Guinea pigs develop a very distinct bulge on both sides when they are pregnant. This bulge becomes more pronounced, the further along the pregnancy progresses.

Are other female guinea pigs ok in the cage with guinea pig babies and the mother?

I would not recommend it. Just have the Mother Guinea Pig in with her babies separately. Sometimes the other guinea pigs can get excited and accidentally stomp the babies to death so best to keep Mom & babies separate.
