It takes about 5-30 minutes for a mother to give birth to her baby(s). If it takes longer than that you have to get some help or go to the vet because if you don't the female guinea pig could die. Or the baby would have problems with it brain. (It just depends were it got stuck. If its halfway out it coming all the way out so don't worry about that. It could take 15 minutes for each guinea pig to come out if it is halfway out. It will take 5-30 minutes for all the guinea pigs. (Depending on how many guinea pig babies she has)
