There are undoubtedly local schooling shows which will be posted visa their own websites, at stables, word of mouth etc. From the wording of your question I feel compelled to strongly suggest you contact a reputable trainer in Michigan and retain their services immediately. You simply go to a horse in your stable click Enter shows button and chose your show like: Racing,Jumping,English and some others....then look at price to enter and prize to win and if you like it then click enter show!

Your horse has to have these items to enter competitions.Once you have given your horse the items, scroll down until you see a box the the right side of the screen that says "competitions".Open the box and it will say "races", "show jumping", "cross country", and "barrel races".Pick the one you wanted to enter your horse in, and it will take you to a different page.The page will ask which horse you want to enter in the competition, and, depending on what competition you want to enter, it will ask you what skill level/what kind of competition you want to enter. Once the contest starts, it will tell you what place your horse got in that competition.

Simple Jumping is located in Earton on Horse Isle and Witherton on Rider Isle. It costs $500 to enter 1 horse. You may only enter 1 horse per round.
