If you are really scared of something and you really want to face your fears take my advice. For example if you are scared of the dentist, don't be afraid and go in to the dentist room on your own. If your parent or guardian keeps coming in with you it will be a habit that you will have for a long time. If you are scared of heights, there has been something that has scared you and disabled you from going to a height. It is 90% not likely that it will happen again. Go onto a balcony and see there is nothing to be scared of. Gradually get higher everyday and it will certainly help!

The easiest way to get rid of an irrational fear is probably therapy. It really helped me. If you already have therapy for an irrational fear, I recommend facing the fear.
By living in the living in the present movement and not thinking about future,fear is always about something will happens to me in the future,this is the cause of fear.by keeping your mind in present movement and enjoying present you can get rid of any type of fear.
The same as any other fear the best way to get rid of it would be to face it head on.
Face your fear by taking a ride on a plane or going para sailing or skydiving might work...
Face it, conquer it. You may not be able to, but you should always try.
