Since you are 5' tall, you should weigh around 100 lbs. That would be your healthiest weight. For every inch more you should weigh an extra five lbs. For example, if you grow another inch, you should weigh 105. Another two inches, you should weigh 110...and so on.

There is no good up-to-date population data on child and adolescent heights and weights, so I will base this on the CDC growth charts which haven't been significantly updated in decades. They are probably intentionally not updating them to reflect current data. As the population becomes more obese, we don't want to justify the obesity by saying it's now "normal", as the health effects of obesity aren't this forgiving. Diabetes, Heart disease, and cancer are all on the rise due to poor lifestyle choices by the population at large. It actually depends on how many months past the 14th birthdays she is, but it is roughly 124 lbs. It should be noted that the "ideal" body weight for an adult female of 5'5" is 125, so a 14-year old (with a 14-year old metabolism) who hopes to weigh 125 by 30 years of age should weigh considerably less in anticipation of the usual drop in metabolic rate at 24-30 years of age. It's important to remember that one should focus not on weight but on healthy eating habits and exercise. Weight-focus can lead to an unhealthy body image and eating disorders, whereas a healthy lifestyle will lead to improved health, weight, and long-term health outlook. about 90-120 pounds - I'm 13, 5'2" and I weigh 112 pounds. It doesn't really matter how much you weigh because two people can be the same height and weight and one of them might look really fat and one of them might look really thin. Just be whatever you want to be.
